No, we do not. But many insurance companies will reimburse for out-of-network services. Call your insurance provider to learn how to get reimbursed for care.

• Initial Evaluation* $125

• 60-minute Follow-up* $110 or $100 for military/first responders

• 30-minute Follow-up* $60

• Dry needling $60

• Pelvic Floor Group Classes $20

Needing to cancel an appointment? Please call or text 316-312-7228.

In respect to the clients trying to make appointments I request 24 hours notice for cancelling/rescheduling.

Within 24 hours will result in a charge of 70% scheduled service

Within 12 hours will result in a charge of 100% scheduled service

No show will be 100% payment

I appreciate your understanding.  This policy allows me to adjust my own personal and client schedule as fairly and efficiently as possible.
